Dr Cristina Tuinea-Bobe
Research & Knowledge Transfer Business Development Manager, University of Bradford

Cristina is an experienced Research and Knowledge Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education. She has strong industry links and is skilled in Material Science, Medical Devices, Photolithography, and Biotechnology. Cristina has two multi-disciplinary PhDs: one in biomedical engineering and one in semiconductors’ electronics.  She is now based at the University of Bradford in the Faculty of Engineering and Digital Technologies where she facilitates academic interaction with government and industrial funding bodies, supports early career academics and researchers to fulfil their potential through high quality proposals and projects. She was also a Marrie Currie Fellow in health engineering at University of Ulster where she started working with elastomers and polymers.
