Victoria has over 25 years of global experience within the packaging industry, working for companies including Boots, Molson Coors, Wilko and Aldi.
Victoria is a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining and is an experienced technical packaging and design professional within retail, manufacturing and brand environments. She has extensive artwork & design and tooling & development experience across multiple packaging materials, formats and product types, as well as expertise within brand, project management, quality management and continuous improvement principles. She has gained multiple qualifications and certifications over the years from studying for the Diploma in Packaging Technology in 1999, Lean, Category Management, Leadership etc to more recently completing her Diploma in Graphic Design in 2023.
