With over 17 years of experience in food industry technical management recognized as a ‘BRCGS Professional’, Sarah’s core focus has been in product safety, quality and hygiene, with her focus shifting to food packaging over the last few years centring on product safety and PPWR compliance.
Her career started in agriculture moving from farm to fork occupying contributor and leadership roles in both FSQR and operations driving industry and customer best practice across a diverse range of product categories with a hands-on and people first approach.
She is passionate about fostering a collaborative culture reinforced by being part of the LEAD Network Alumni of 2025: Inclusive Leadership Program, continuing to help her support other professionals navigating this industry which never stays the same – just as she likes it!
