Kayleigh is a polymer specialist who helps clients turn complex materials challenges into practical solutions. After earning her Ph.D. in polymer chemistry from the University of Warwick, she gained industrial experience across product development, regulatory leadership, quality systems, and grant-funded innovation in polymers, advanced materials, and sustainable applications. A Chartered Scientist (CSci, IOM3) with PRINCE2 Agile project management qualifications, she enjoys bridging the gap between deep technical science and real-world applications.
