Crafted with a stainless steel-steel clad body for durability and hygiene, this advanced system is tailored for products such as buns, cakes, brioche rolls and morning sweet breads.
Key features of the equipment include de-nesting and folding and feeding the cards into trays ready for distribution. A servo motor allows for three distinct operational modes that are ideal for batch-controlled packaging. The scheme allows for synchronised feeding through continuous communication with external conveyors or wrapping systems.
A touch screen interface allows for rapid set up across different card sizes and formats for Genesis-branded cards such as “4 Fresh Buttery Brioche Rolls” or “Fluffy Pancakes”.
